Hey there!
My name is Priscilla and I am a UX and Visual Designer. I get excited about finding solutions to new challenges and creating experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and easy on the eyes. I have been a freelance designer for just over 10 years, serving clients in a variety of industries with UX strategy, navigation, prototyping, wire framing, site-map, information architecture, front-end web design, and graphic design.

Based in Atlanta, GA

Fun Fact: My nickname has always been Peach! I grew up in Miami, Florida, but I guess it was destiny that I would find my way to the Peach State.
As the daughter of refugees (from Cuba), I was a first-generation college graduate and I wanted to pick a major that was "stable and high-earning". Studying business felt like a good path, and marketing seemed like the most creative of the branches. My first job at a full-service multicultural marketing agency provided me a clear picture of how all of the roles within marketing came together. While working as an Account Coordinator for Coca-Cola and Amtrak, I was drawn to the work of the Graphic Designers in the agency. I began to teach myself the basics of design by taking on little projects for friends.
With deep gratitude for my time at the agencies, in 2013 I took the leap of becoming a full-time freelance designer. From then on my journey from graphic design to UX was almost accidental, as being the sole designer on a project, I needed to find ways to align user needs and business goals seamlessly, organize content, and make websites that were user-friendly. I began to study the principals of UX design early on to incorporate them in all the work I did.
Being a watercolor artist, my art and design have often gone hand in hand, as I like to mix a little bit of hand painted elements in with digital design to bring truly unique pieces of art to life across a variety of platforms.
I find so much joy in bringing someone's vision to life through design in a way that exceeds their expectation. Achieving a balance between user needs and business goals, while providing simple and beautiful design, is at the cornerstone of what I do.
